Pros

First of all training is ok. Few marketing guys are good.

Cons

1. NO PAY ON TIME. 2. They will pay you after 45 days each month and you have to always ask them to pay your salary. 3. Very low rates and lots of partiality towards some people . 4. They don't care for other consultants and if you go with a problem, their attitude is like you can leave the consultancy.

Neo Prism Solutions Response

This is a baseless accusation and an obviously slanderous remark. Anyone with a legitimate and specific gripe with us has always been given an opportunity to resolve issues in an amicable manner. All our employees past and present are aware of the transparent nature of our management and staff, as can be attested by the testimonials of others on this same forum and offline as well. This is a classic case of Internet trolling by people who wish to malign the reputation of a rapidly growing firm like ours.

Pros

I'm working in Neo Prism from last 2 years so far it was good, They have done what they promised, it was a better experience with a consultancy rather than working in a FAANG in a full time, I visited India unexpectedly but it was possible because I'm with a consultancy, an Immigrant worker had lot of things to cake care by their employer only, that one reason I choose Neo Prism at least it's better than others

Cons

They don't have a branch in SFO It took 4 weeks to find a contract position for me

Pros

Good marketing and recruiting teams are invaluable for promoting profiles effectively.

Cons

1. The company makes false statements before joining, and they never stand by their words. 2. No company should hold employees' salaries after job loss for more than a month, but they do. 2. The company head, is so arrogant who sits inside, is not reliable when it comes to judging you for payment. 3. If you inquire about company policies and rules regarding payment issues, he might ask you to leave the company if you wish .This needs to be justified.
