I joined Neo in February and have been blown away by the amazing culture here. I work with people across departments in different parts of the globe and am super impressed with how great everyone is to work with here. On top of that, the continued growth, in spite of these trying times, speaks volumes to how solid the products are and just how impactful graph technology is, and also, how it will be in high demand moving forward. I would also like to note, especially coming from a high growth startup with questionable leadership before joining here, I really appreciate the lengths our CEO goes to, to listen to what the employees are saying, to be transparent, and to genuinely care for the well being of us. If you cannot tell, I kind of like it here. I think you would too.

Nothing I can pinpoint so far, even with a very challenging 2020, I appreciate the efforts made by the company to take care of it's employees.
