1. Graph database leader in both Forrester Wave and DB-Engine (by a margin) 2. They say they are a company with strong culture and ethics! Absolutely, these are not just words, they maintain it and live by the values and ethics of the company. 2. Always people first, and leadership is AWESOME! Plus point, Emil (CEO), he is just phenomenal. 3. Great product, huge growth potential, 400+ enterprise customers and counting. 4. Data gurus, geeks work here, and they are eager to share their learnings, plus points, they are so humble and excellent people to work with 5. I can go on and on!

Cons

Nothing at this stage! Just LOVE LOVE LOVE working here!

exciting technology that’s used by organizations all over the world, from large global companies to startups engineering and product teams are top class, and there’s a strong sense of technical excellence across the company the people are fantastic. highly capable in their roles and just genuinely good humans to work with real opportunities to travel and connect with teams, as well as to grow and expand your career recent leadership changes in the go to market and people teams have had a positive impact and seem to be strengthening alignment and execution
