Don't work here. Women are looked at so unfairly. No career advancement for SDRs. I feel bad for my manager who is over worked and treated as the Go-To person all the time but so under appreciated. SDRs are treated so poor by sales, and marketing so many SDRs have left that company because we are treated like kids. Such a dead end job. Pandemic made it worse. So un-organized it literaly made me sick working there and felt like a slave doing so much admin work, I don't even like thinking about working there. If it wasn't for my manager I would have quit after the first year. LOOK ELSEWHERE, NOT WORTH THE STRESS
