Pros

- After 2+ years you get paid the industry average - Work spaces have air conditioning - Working in a field that helps people with health issues. - New CEO seems to be doing an okay job.

Cons

Promotions in my department favor the manager's friends and family friends instead of skilled work, leading to unfair workloads and overtime for others while decreasing their friends workload. Another con is retaliation, if you speak up they will try their ABSOLUTE hardest to protect each other and punish you without getting in trouble. People are very rude to each other. Management/supervisors/leaders do the bare minimum and these same people are the ones telling us that we work too slow. I would not recommend this company to anyone that wants to have a balanced life with friends and/or family. If you're friendly and outgoing you are probably not a good match for this company. They will take advantage of you. Another Con: Attorneys representing former employees may contact you if you work here.

Pros

The workforce wants to do the right thing. We take pride in knowing our services impact people's lives everyday.

Cons

Constant turnover, lack of communication throughout - top to bottom. Leadership is struggling and not performing, Most of their attempts to improve growth have lost money. This is factual, not to be mistaken with statements from a disgruntled employee. An article published after the recent earnings release emphasized NEO's 5-year Return on Invested Capital is -10.5%, meaning management doesn't spend our capital wisely. This, along with heavy debt, minimal cash and returns at the bottom of the healthcare sector, should make you pause and do more research before jumping on board.
