      Pros

      Everyone is friendly, with very few exceptions. Upper management all the way up the chain is very approachable, and cares about the employees. Health Benefits are actually not bad at all.

      Cons

      Pay is definitely on the lower end. There were programs implemented to change it, but I left before those fully showed their effect.
