Pros
If you stay long enough, you can get a pretty decent shift, and every blue moon, there are perks and rewards for a well done job. Not too many weekends to work.
Cons
Low pay, sometimes extra long hours, management, contrary to what they say, does NOT look out for our best interests, they seem to make the job harder than it really should be, and they are heavy into favoritism. Basically, if you don't physically contribute to bringing in money, you are pretty much ignored.
