Pros
Great place to gain some entry level experience. Depending on your peers, may be a semi positive environment but again heavily dependent on your peers. I was very fortunate to work with a great manager who had the best interests of everyone in mind but they were the only thing keeping the department together and running.
Cons
Very below average pay for an entry level job. Benefits are decent but do not make up for the wage gap. The place has a large disconnect with management and their subordinates. Overall get in, get your experience, and go somewhere with better pay, benefits and something where the people don't dread being there every day.
