Pros

Awesome company, cool building, amazing boss, amazing co-workers. I love working for people who genuinely care about what they do and this company is full of people who actually love their fields. The tech leaders here actually facilitate getting things done, there has been almost no bureaucracy that I've encountered here, which is a rarity for a tech company as mature as this one. I can't recommend working here enough.

Cons

I whole-heartedly can't think of a single thing to complain about. I actually sat here trying to come up with something to be fair and share but I've got nothing. That really says something.
