Pros
Unlimited PTO, flexible work schedule, good hearted people
Cons
Where do I start? There is no clear direction from leadership. The new CEO is unable to take feedback because believes he is always right. We pride ourselves as a "Remote First" company, but per him, if you want to develop your career, you have to move to Chicago. This means it is very easy to hit your ceiling a year in. Who wants that? The mission of the company is so unclear that you often don't know what your day-to-day job entails. This can easily cause expedited burnout and lack of motivation. Management refuses to listen and implement suggestions.. There are no SOPs in place for internal communications or where to direct clients when they have a question. Read the reviews.. Candidates are being ghosted left and right because there is no communication. NOT TO MENTION, compensation is not ideal by any means. $20k at least below industry standard for most positions. Lack of diversity is so bad that they are offering extra money for indigenous referrals... what a joke!
