Kind people, “unlimited” PTO, and remote work

Cons

Client-facing teams are so understaffed it’s nearly impossible to provide quality service to customers. The product suite is fine at best, but anything remotely customized is built on workarounds and bandaid solutions. There’s little visibility into the product roadmap or company goals/vision. Depending on your role, salary can be up to $30k under industry standard with no defined path for career growth.
