Pros
- People are pretty nice, and can be fun to chat with/have conversations with. - Remote work - Flex Time off (unlimited PTO I believe)
Cons
- Lack of leadership from the top - No real sense of training materials, you'll sit there figuring out the systems and operations entirely on your own - Company offers below average products - The CEO is a tool, and never shows his face after your first day. People in HR are laughable and have no idea what they are even saying. My first week, a higher up (maybe the COO) and the head of a department left with no notice. What does that tell ya? If you just want a place to work and grab a paycheck, go for it. But it's a pretty high stress environment and everyone is pretty lost especially after they had a merge I guess? This company will fall in the next 5-10 years. Bet the house on it.
