Pros
Neptune is a highly innovative workplace that places an emphasis on R&D. The team here is very talented and easy to work with. Management is good about allowing you to work on projects you're interested in and supporting individual career growth. The office location is super convenient since it is near public transportation, has plenty of parking, and is close to two downtown areas for lunch. I genuinely enjoy coming into work every day!
Cons
Like most start-ups, we are always busy and everything is a high priority. If you are a self-starter and able to manage your time well, you will thrive here but no one is going to hold your hand through tasks.
