Management is open about the current financial status, open projects and company goals. Friendly colleagues. Free lunches and snacks. We take lunches together.

      Not enough parking Typical risks associated with startups (uncertainty past 6-12 months) Missing some of the fancier, expensive tools that bigger companies like J&J have access to Total comp is slightly less than competitors due to no bonus
