At Neptune Society our sales representatives enjoy a performance based pay structure with unlimited earning potential. The company does not cap the income potential of our sales team. The most successful sales representatives in the company are able to network in the communities and self-generate appointments in addition to utilizing the company provided leads. Although we do maintain an employee-based management structure on the sales side, we seek outside sales representatives that are hardworking and self-motivated and able to work independently within their market.
