I don't think people understand, SCI Direct (Service Corporation International - Direct) and it's affiliate cremation brands (Neptune, Trident....etc) have zero say in what they do as a business. The CEO can't make decisions or issue directives without getting approval from SCI core. And he doesn't. Everything SCI Direct does is at the instruction of SCI Core. There is almost not point to SCI Direct having the corporate structure they do - because they have no control, it's a bunch of dudes who have never sold the product telling everyone else how to sell the product, until SCI core tells them what to do.
