Upper management did nothing but make excuses of “that’s what he was taught growing up.” Why put someone with ZERO people skills in a position of power and allow them to continually treat people horribly? Disgusting practices. Margins are small. You need permanent placements or a LOT of contractors to make money—and perm placements tend to work against you, as it’s not figured into your weekly GP.
