Pros
I have worked for Nesco almost 8 years and love my job. When employees apply at Nesco we do it in person and not online. We like the one-on-one approach and like bringing the employee in to meet in person instead of having them hide behind a computer. We want them to see what Nesco is all about and develop a relationship with them. We have an open door policy with management and Senior management that I believe is key to success and communication.
Cons
Recruiting takes long hours, it is not just a Monday-Friday 9-5 job, clients don't always work normal business hours so you have to be available to meet all client needs.
