Area leadership. There are some “leaders” who should NEVER be allowed to manage people, which directly correlates the amount of turnover in these areas. There is a common theme of fear of retaliation for speaking up against the bullying as well. The core center of toxic culture comes down to the management. There is inconsistency with messaging, training and overall day to day. Don’t ask questions unless you want to be made to feel like garbage. I’ve seen recruiters with more dignity and respect than leaders here, and that is an issue.
