Cons
No opportunity for growth whatsoever. At a branch level, the combined years of experience & skillset of the team, as a whole, was seriously impressive but your not trust to make even the smallest decisions about your clients without the managers approval. “Seniority” & your pay rate is based on who you know or you’re related to, years of experience & time with the company is irrelevant. All commercial recruiters make the same amount. You will never not be working & expected to be at clients every beckoning call, so forget your home life. Metrics are EVERYTHING, regardless of the other tasks assigned, which your own job description did not include. Overall…this branch rides the coattails of the VERY few before them, those who truly love what they do, & those who truly believed in the company mission statement. There is no agency that presents a better package deal & they will get the job done with the highest level of professionalism & customer experience/satisfaction but be prepared to sell your soul to do so.
