Negative energy from co-workers, gossip, employees not taking ownership for their mistakes. If you are not satisfied where you are in whatever job you have, it's obviously a decision you have made. I am very grateful to even have a job in this time we are living. My job asks for my best & they also giving their best to me. Started from the bottom & challenged myself to meet all of my goals in order to continue growing. I am passionate with my work, & I'm glad this is not just a job, but my Career. To all the complainers, make sure when you complain that you offer a solution. I'm not a follower, but a leader.
