Pros

Free machine, free coffee. The job itself is easy breasy if you have half a brain and a knack for customer service. The hard part is working with staff and management who bully lie and commit literal fraud and are left to get away with it if they pull in the numbers.

Cons

Absolutely no priority of staff well-being. Terrible management and abuse of power. Not willing to provide adequate staffing. Not even enough managers let alone staff. The boutiques are spread much too thin and staff turnover is shocking. You can get away with fraud if you’re someone who pulls in big numbers but don’t ever try to work with a bit of humanity or you’ll be in the office more than the shop floor.
