The benefits when you become Nestle 80% medical dental and drugs Health spending account yearly and monthly Nespresso credit Easy job and good resume experience

Cons

- Depending on the management team, it can either be good or bad. - My previous manager and assistant manager both were used to the 9-5 schedule and left all the work for the team leaders. They barely helped the team and spent most of their time at the back sitting down. - Team leaders had barely any support and felt very discouraged with this attitude. - Both manager and assistant manager did not care much about their team but the customers in general and would do anything they could to make the customer happy as opposed to their employees. - Many staff was working 7 days in a row multiple times and if you didn’t say anything they would still do it. - If someone called in sick they would ask you to stay more than 8 hours but none of those times they stayed extra. - Staff that had been working more than 1 year was jerked around and not given nestle benefits and they stayed as the outsourced company. (If you don’t ask for it, they make it so hard to give it out)
