Pros
I truly enjoy working at Nest. My coworkers are smart and thoughtful, my role and it's scope have huge potential and I can feel the impact I make at work everyday, and the benefits are great. As someone who transferred from Google to Nest because I believed in their vision and the cool work they're doing, I can honestly say I'm as happier with my role at Nest than I was with my role at Google.
Cons
Nesters still work hard and there's a lot to do. That said, the products Nest is making are innovative, inspiring, and have the opportunity to have huge impact. It's not easy, but it's stimulating environment, and challenging in a good way.
