Pros

Whenever VIPs visit or tour the factory, you can sometimes scavenge for any leftover food. You can treat this job as a stepping stone; just be prepared to be stepped on by all the other people using you as their stepping stone.

Cons

Mismanaged from the factory level. Factory is hemorrhaging salary staff due to overwork, unreasonable expectations, changing expectations, zero support. The one-and-only cost-cutting measure they employ is working salary staff more hours. There is only a single manager left with a tenure over one year. HR stopped posting new hire bios due to the sheer amount of turnover. I don't know if it's just this particular factory, but I'd imagine they'd be similar. You're looked down upon for working less than 50 hours per week.
