Pros
-- The best thing I liked about NetApp is that most of the time I get to decide what I want to work on. There is a lot of trust in engineers and the managers don't micro manage -- weekly Beer Bash -- Good decent size personal cubicles
Cons
If you don't know storage, will take you a lot of time to start delivering. Only engineers who have been associated with the company long enough like 7+ years are trusted by senior management and not many growth opportunities are given to new guys even if there capable
