Pros

Good benefits such as health, vision, dental but these are being chiseled away. Great stock purchase plan, two year price fix can make the plan very lucrative. Nice facilities including several decent cafeterias, gym has towel service and classes such as spin, yoga, etc. Company is well positioned to succeed in the marketplace if can deliver.

Cons

Forced distribution will eventually mark you as "needs to improve". Ranking is sort of like playing in recreational league where you self-referee, the level of play is always one or two levels above the level of officiating (i.e. management) Not possible to do a good job because too much to do and nobody wants to hear it. If you raise concerns about not having enough time or resources, management will keep leaning on you until you change your answer.

Pros

Amongst the top companies in the data storage industry = company stability.

Cons

If you'd ask me a year or 2 ago, I would have given the company 5 stars. But, as with most tech companies now, they've started to follow the trend of return to office, regardless of logic. There's little to no room for exceptions and the company would rather sacrifice productivity regardless if they know the hardships for people living in metros (one way commute to the NY or SJC office can take 2 hours one way!) - that and there's no commuter benefits. You have to pay out of pocket and live in fear of not receiving your bonus if you miss the "thrive together" quarterly requirements.
