Cons
The first thing that comes to the fore is the compensation. Netapp is really lagging behind in terms of compensation. Attrition rate has jacked up and people are not very satisfied with respect to career growth. Company is also cutting on various perks and facilities. There seems to be a little indecisiveness at the senior management level as to the goals are not very clear. Company went through few realignment processes recently which impacted several employees badly.
