Pros
Fantastic place to work based on work vs family life balance. Executive management believes in striking a perfect balance. Work hard play hard mentality. Endless training opportunities in your field of employ in addition to personal development. Great opportunity to move up the food chain of management as well.
Cons
Some of the field management, in particular areas (read PS), are not seasoned or have the requisite experience to run departments. Frustration can creep in if you allow it and do not fight for your rights as an employee. It would be nice to have a manager who knows more then the people they manage, or at least shows interest in knowing more about the job.
