      Company being impacted by cloud computing and slow to transition. Transition to Clustered Data Ontap is proving to be problematic. Too many chiefs but good people.

      NetApp is a prestigious company, working for this company will be a great resume boost if you cannot break into top fortune 500 companies. Relatively easy to get into NetApp. Competitive pay.

      Frequent layoffs. Understaffed which could equate to higher expected output.

      Company has had many layoffs and seems to have made poor choices on acquired companies. Too much emphasis on promoting to rebalance company on DEI standards not on merit or ability of employee
