      Pros

      Great benefits (benefits 5 stars, compensation 3 stars), solid technology, great people (for the most part), my team is fantastic as everyone will jump into help when needed.

      Cons

      Management seems to be focused on managing up rather than managing down. Too many decision makers, Support is not treated as a sales enabler but instead is treated as a necessary evil

      NetApp is a prestigious company, working for this company will be a great resume boost if you cannot break into top fortune 500 companies. Relatively easy to get into NetApp. Competitive pay.

      Cons

      Frequent layoffs. Understaffed which could equate to higher expected output.

      Company has had many layoffs and seems to have made poor choices on acquired companies. Too much emphasis on promoting to rebalance company on DEI standards not on merit or ability of employee
