Pros

I worked for Net Effects for about 3 years as a contractor.The account managers were always very accessible and helpful with any issues or questions. The company sponsors many events to encourage employees to get together and share their experiences and knowledge. Everyone I worked with there was very helpful and willing to work with you to get answers to any questions or resolve any issues.

Cons

No real CONS to share about NetEffects. If the contract I was working would not have changed I would still be there.

They offer PTO, 401k, and more benefits I didn’t know were available as a contractor. They also have a liaison you can talk to if you are having any issues whatsoever.

None that I can think of right now.
