Pros
The recruiters and consultant manager were always responsive and promptly answered any questions or issues I had. They gave good briefings for all interviews I went on. They were always open to any constructive feedback and kept their professional demeanor at all times. There are many social events scheduled if you like to keep in more constant contact with the staff. I would have gladly stayed with neteffects but the client company I was working for offered me a full-time position after one year and I took the offer.
Cons
This is probably not a good place if you're a health food junkie. They drop off many treats and goodies for your birthday, work anniversary, social events at client offices... Benefits were maybe a bit below average but this is/was a smaller company after all. Work is subject to open positions at client companies, but of course you're made aware of this before hiring on with neteffects. The owner recently retired and sold the company to a much larger firm. I don't know how this will ultimately affect neteffects as I left before the repercussions of the sale became apparent.
