Pros

I joined Neteffects as an employee last year in 2021. I knew them from 2020. They are an excellent set of well organized people who follow the process and do their due diligence in the Employee selection process very thoroughly. They are very intelligent in suggesting roles and understands each person's skill strengths uniquely well. They deliver what they promise in terms of salary, benefits. It was wonderful to be employed through them.

They offer PTO, 401k, and more benefits I didn’t know were available as a contractor. They also have a liaison you can talk to if you are having any issues whatsoever.
