      Management see's the potential in the workers and promotes immediately. Great training and support all around. I've worked with many companies that just handed you a, never before seen system and was told, "Just call Tech support if you have a problem".

      I do not have any what so ever.

      Pros

      They have consistent work and never have had any lay offs. A good work/life balance. A good amount of PTO starting out with earning more the longer you are with them. Help continue education with training and certifications.

      Cons

      Benefits are good but seem expensive compared to other companies.
