Pros
Engineering at NetSuite offers a decent salary and no requirement to work hard. You will be hand-held every step of the way. There is no pressure to understand customer wants and needs, let alone communicate with them. The company is particularly excellent at A&M as well as taking San Mateo positions and outsourcing them to Manila, Phillipines or Brno, Czech Republic to help grow new innovation in those countries while giving current employees a permanent vacation.
Cons
Complete lack of innovation. All upper-management slogans for 'siezing the hill', 'surging', 'owning the transation' and 'best-in-cloud' are moot jokes that are completely lost on middle managers.
