Pros
My application took only about 2 weeks, from the initial interview up to the last, then to character reference background check, until the job offer. The HR are very hospitable and accommodating and they always update you with the status of your application. The compensation and benefits are very good.
Cons
As of now, I don't see any downside on my application/work.
