Pros
Solid product and leadership make this a winner in the future. I think the team of Evan Goldberg in product development and Zach Nelson leading the organization are one of the best teams since Hewlett and Packard.
Cons
the company is global, so you have to manage people outside the US frequently. that means some late hours on the phone with Asia or the UK. The travel budget is pretty tight, so you need to do most of this by WebEx
