Pros
I attended the Recruitment Open House and after about a month I was given an offer I couldn't refuse. It must be the free sandwich. :) Kidding aside, I really saw during the interview process how exciting it would be to be part of NetSuite. They were clear on what the role was about and they detailed expectations upfront; they even dedicated one interview session just to give the candidate the current challenges of the role. I had received an offer from another company with still two interviews to go at NetSuite, but I truly felt that the role offered at NetSuite - a career change for me - would be worth the wait, thanks to the recruiters who were friendly, accommodating, and responsive.
Cons
The recruiter got my name wrong (twice) :) but it was only minor stuff and nothing that was not addressed immediately.
