Not employee nor customer focused company - Somone In Professional Services NetSuite Employee Review

Very Limited training Offshore Management with poor participation except for Revenue/Goals reach Not fun working environment, specially in Uruguay. Really bad and strict (sometimes non common sense) policies. Looks kind of a military service. Hope is not the same in the other locations. No longer stock plans. Personal growth is very limited, totally different as I was told during the recruitment process.
