The Engineering department doesn't believe in good design, nor basic OO principles. The code is rushed into production. The internal mantra is "Execution Beats Strategy". Career development is a dead-end. Upper management takes virtually no interest in fostering career growth. Upper management constantly shuffles teams and team members. This happens so frequently that it is impossible to build momentum as an organization. There is no synergy between product team departments.
