Implementation Team is Dying - Functional Consultant NetSuite Employee Review

Oh where to begin: - management is super out of touch with the delivery team; consultants constantly complain about needing change, but management does nothing, therefore, they have trouble retaining consultants (both talented, tenures & recent new hires/college grads) - as the good consultants leave for BETTER opportunities, the ones that stay have to pick up their work or gaps are filled with less experienced consultants - management always talk about having an amazing culture, but honestly their "amazing" culture idea is outdated/non-existent - especially with the Oracle acquisition & pandemic; the culture now is "so when do you think you will leave" - the benefits and pay are average --> but def not worth the extra work/stress that you receive since the delivery team is spread so thin - sales is so out of touch with the product sometimes that you get projects where the clients were promised customized, premium configurations with the cheapest package; then, when you go back to sales for extra support - they blame the delivery team - my co-workers are awesome, but everyone is so upset and wants to leave at the next opportunity; it really makes it hard to work - knowing that your co-workers are most likely going to be gone within the next 6 months - NetSuite protects the clients for revenue more than their employees when it came to some borderline - racist situations with their Manila/India workers - Evan (NetSuite Founder) basically called the consultants replaceable... cause that really encourages me to stay/work harder and feel valued...
