Terrible place to work - Account Manager NetSuite Employee Review

Middle management is very inexperienced and will micromanage you to death. Operationally, this place is a mess. How sales operations/productivity still has a job is beyond me. Jokingly referred to as 'sales prevention', the internal mechanics of trying to get something done is very painful. It is very difficult for customers to do business with NetSuite. I've had actual customers say this to me. As an Account Manager, the internal applications are slow and cumbersome and feel more like windows applications than anything cloud.
