- supportive and collaborate community - good company culture + events - great starting point to develop product knowledge and earn more money later on
Cons
- Management is horrible, most direct managers have never been a consultant and just say random buzzwords - Learning curve if no previous accounting/business background - Management will treat you according to your metrics. If you are good on your metrics, they'll put you on a pedestal. If not, they will put you down and make you feel demoralized
