Pros
Only pros are the benefits, they do not prepare you well for this role and it's literally like being at a call center. No one wants to buy this advanced ERP system that is over priced, slow, and netsuite uplifts them every renewal if they take off users because company is down sizing.
Cons
They harp on "networking" and literally mean go kiss butt upstrairs and if they dont like you, you will NOT get promoted. This company does not have a normal promotion process and will pick people that have been there a year over people who have been there over 2 years.
