Pros

There is an easy path to success at NetWorth Realty. If you make a commitment to follow instruction and the training tools that are provided to you from day one any new associate can be successful. The training and management assistance is not limited to new hires and new associates. The company and management structure is set up to help any member of the company whether you have been with NWR for 5 months or 5 years. NWR is a company that exclusively promotes from within based on your performance. There is no cap to what you can earn in a month, a year or over the life of your career at NWR. The support, encouragement and resources provided by NWR truly enables associates to set lofty goals, dream big and achieve financial security in a satisfying work environment.

Cons

Change is inevitable if you are with a company for long period of time and in my case I have been with NWR Dallas for the better part of a decade. In my experience at NWR there have been periods of dynamic change as the company has grown. Sometimes during those periods of new systematic changes there have been growing pains and glitches in new systems but this is something that is a part of any growing company. I will say that during any of these growing pains the leaders of the company have always asked for direct feedback from associates, good or bad, so that they can use this feedback to improve operations and enhance the work experience and productivity.

Pros

Awesome atmosphere to work in with a lot of great people. Everyone on the team wants to push each other to be successful. Earning potential is top notch, if you put the work in. A lot of freedom and flexibility on the day to day basis, with a lot of time spent away from the desk out in the field. You never know who you may talk to / what kinds of deals you may find which keeps it fun and interesting!

Cons

Hours can be long at times, and it's certainly not a 9-5 type of job. You will get calls, have to go to properties, attend networking events, etc, outside of standard business hours. This isn't necessarily a negative, the real estate business is a relationship based business and will require actions like these to build a sustainable network. More often than not, these things will be overwhelmingly positively to your business/results. Your results are based on your own inputs, so if stuff isn't hitting it's on you to put in more work/time to get things rolling again.
