Pros

Remote work. I met a handful of nice people that I’m still friends with.

Cons

Manager will spoon feed his favorites the best leads so their numbers always look good while everyone else fend for themselves. Manager don’t know how to manage, unqualified for the job. Processes are ever changing once you get the hang of one way here they go changing up processes and sales strategy so you are always asking where do I go from here or what to do and when you ask for help you get some lame non- sensical answer. I started in July and was turned off by September so that’s how unorganized and the lack of proper training and leadership made me not want to sell for Netchex. I would never recommend any professional person/people to this company at all!

Pros

The company’s product has improved a lot in the last few years. Company is growing.

Cons

Culture is changing away from a laid back 9-5 to a startup culture focusing on getting things done no matter what.

Pros

Netchex is a place where people genuinely care about the work and about each other. Over the past few years especially, there’s been significant investment in the product, leadership alignment, and the overall employee experience. The pace of change has been real, but it’s happening for the right reasons... the company is positioning itself to compete and grow rather than standing still. Leadership is accessible, decisions move quickly, and individuals can make a visible impact here in ways that are harder to find at larger organizations.

Cons

There has been a lot of change as the company continues to scale and mature. That can create some ambiguity at times, and teams have had to stay flexible as priorities evolve. The upside is that the direction is becoming clearer and processes continue improving.
