      The company is flexible. As long as my hours are covered, I can schedule medical appointments.

      Cons

      The company atmosphere is great, unless you are remote.

      Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Here at Netchex, we’re good, but we could always be better. Working remote allows flexibility for our team to balance out time spent working, and time spent enjoying everything else in life, family, friends, and hobbies. This does, however, bring a variety of challenges such as building and maintaining an inclusive workplace for our remote teams. We currently have two committees: the DEI&B committee and our Engagement Committee. Both have remote team members and would love for you to join us. Each committee encourages open dialogue around important issues and provides a space for employees to get to know each other on a personal level.       The company’s product has improved a lot in the last few years. Company is growing.

      Culture is changing away from a laid back 9-5 to a startup culture focusing on getting things done no matter what.

      Pros

      Netchex is a place where people genuinely care about the work and about each other. Over the past few years especially, there’s been significant investment in the product, leadership alignment, and the overall employee experience. The pace of change has been real, but it’s happening for the right reasons... the company is positioning itself to compete and grow rather than standing still. Leadership is accessible, decisions move quickly, and individuals can make a visible impact here in ways that are harder to find at larger organizations.

      Cons

      There has been a lot of change as the company continues to scale and mature. That can create some ambiguity at times, and teams have had to stay flexible as priorities evolve. The upside is that the direction is becoming clearer and processes continue improving.
