This is a slightly different company. At first feels a bit chaotic. But once you spend sometime you start recognizing the strengths. Work is organized around roles unlike many other setups that care for glamorous designations. If you have the skills, ability to deliver with minimal supervision and can learn fast then you will get noticed fast and will get more responsibility. Adaptability, Productivity are valued. However if you come from traditional services setup then you may find it weird.
Cons
Pune is a new center and still coming up. Not much ownership yet. People are underutilized. Hopefully will change as it matures.
