Pros
I got to travel the world and work on some interesting projects for lots of different companies. I worked in project teams with lots of talented people. There was also a real sense of teamwork.
Cons
You have to be flexible to work here and they want you to be able to go to a customer site and work for several weeks or even months with very little notice although this does depend on the role. The company is predominantly Russian although this I believe has changed with the acquisitions and it can be hard to fit in if you are not Russian.
